Construction Clean-up Check List

• All light debris will be removed from the construction site
• Air vents will be cleaned
• All wood surfaces will be vacuumed and dust protector applied
• Cabinets, drawers, closet shelving will be vacuumed and wiped down
• Light fixtures will be cleaned
• Appliances will be unpacked
• Doors and frames will be vacuumed and dust protector applied

• Remove stickers from bathtub, toilet, shower stalls
• Remove mud, left over grout from tub and shower
• Clean light fixtures
• Wash mirrors
• Vacuum out cabinet interiors, apply dust protectors
• Wipe Clean all surfaces

• All carpeted floors will be vacuumed
• Baseboards will be vacuumed with an edging tool and dust protector applied
• Tile, wood, or vinyl will be mopped

• All interior kitchen cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed and wiped, dust protector applied
• Appliance surfaces will be wiped clean
• Countertops will be vacuumed and wiped clean
• Tops of cabinets will be vacuumed
• Stainless steel sinks will be wiped clean

• Baseboards and handrails will be vacuumed and dust protector applied
• Carpet will be vacuumed
• Stainless steel will be wiped clean
